Questions
Do you store the pages and documents I summarize?
No. The text of the page, video transcript or PDF is sent to a third-party AI provider to write your summary and is not saved on our servers. Your recent summaries are stored only in your own browser. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can summaries be wrong?
Yes. AI can miss details or make mistakes, especially with complex or technical material. Use summaries as a starting point and check anything important against the original.
How do I cancel Pro?
You can cancel at any time from the link in your payment receipt email, or by contacting us at theogloballabs@gmail.com. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. See the refund policy.
What happens when I use up my summaries?
On the free plan you will see a message in the extension, and you can upgrade to Pro. Pro has no fixed count, but is subject to fair use: in the rare case of very heavy usage you will see a "usage limit" message. Allowances reset at the start of each month.
