Refund and Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Skimly Pro subscription at any time, using the link in your payment receipt email or by emailing us, and you will not be charged again. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the free plan. The free plan costs nothing, so you can try Skimly before you subscribe.
Pro payments are generally non-refundable, including for a month that has already started. We will consider a refund for a duplicate charge, a billing error, a period in which the Service was substantially unavailable, or where the law requires it; to ask, email theogloballabs@gmail.com from the address you paid with and tell us what happened. Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider and merchant of record, Dodo Payments, to your original payment method, usually within a few business days depending on your bank. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
